Using the git shell can you try running the following commands:
-C:\Bitnami\dreamfactory-x.x.x-x\php\php.exe artisan migrate --seed
-C:\Bitnami\dreamfactory-x.x.x-x\php\php.exe artisan cache:clear
-C:\Bitnami\dreamfactory-x.x.x-x\php\php.exe artisan migrate --seed
-C:\Bitnami\dreamfactory-x.x.x-x\php\php.exe artisan cache:clear
