"Invalid credentials supplied" with Confirmation Email Code

Hello Team,

I am creating a user from the console and receiving the confirmation code over the email.

But when I go to the confirmation link and fill in the details, i get "Invalid credentials supplied" error.

Do i need to do something else too?
