Api:ready fires very late on iOS

Hi,

I have a hybrid app, which has been built using ionic framework.
The Android version launches just fine, however the iOS version takes very long for the DSP api:ready to be fired.

Its strange. I could blame the AWS server, but when the api:ready fires just fine on Android, it should do the same on iOS too.

This is strange, and overall, I also find iOS slow as compared to android.
Please note that this is not native, and so just the angular part is being used. So, I don't see any reason for the api:ready to be fired late, as compared to android.

I am on some 1.9.x version.
