Can't add SQLite fields

I'm trying to create an SQLite table on my DF instance to prototype something. No matter what I do when creating the table, if I press "add field" and fill in the information it doesn't save. It just says this:

I tried creating another SQLite service, but it suffers from the same probem.

What is the problem?
